General Information

You as the customer are required to check the law in your country regarding the import of plants. Laws change all the time regarding this, with few countries adopting the same practice for this process. We accept no responsibility for any import formalities; however, we do guarantee that all export paperwork will be processed with every shipment, Export paperwork application takes 4-6weeks working day process.

For some country import permits are required for export paperwork application.

Please do check the weather in your area before ordering plants, any damage caused by extreme weather will not be covered by us. We will not add hot packs or cool packs to any shipments as the plants will travel through different countries on their way to you and climates will vary.

Shipping

Air cargo

Air cargo is by far the fastest way for you to get your plants, in most cases it is a same day service. In many countries, you will need the help of a shipping agent or broker to clear your shipment at your nearest international airport, but it is not necessary in every country. Some countries have a very relaxed outlook to importing plants, where it is just a matter of going to the cargo terminal of the airport and presenting your air waybill and collecting your plants. Please do check the conditions in your country before ordering. This service is not as expensive as many people think. Feel free to contact us for a free quote.

DHL EXPRESS

This service can be more convenient for some customers as it is a door-to-door service, in most cases it will take 3-10 days for the plants to arrive. It is very important that you do check the local law regarding this service we will not be responsible for any plants that will be held by customs due to improper import paperwork. As this service can takes longer time in transit, it will take longer for the plants to recover. We are not responsible for any damage or loss due to DHL EXPRESS they are not part of our company so any issues caused by mishandling should be taken up with them directly.

Payment

Payment in all cases is 100% for Online Shop purchase and for Wholesale is 50% deposit on confirmation (Deposit will be forfeited if cancel),50% 2 weeks before delivery. As we deal internationally, we do not offer credit terms. We preferred method of payment is bank transfer, Or PayPal (for PayPal payment please contact us to assist).
